1. Returns

We accept returns for items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with the original packaging.

  • The product is not part of any sale, discounted, or promotional offer (unless stated otherwise).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glowuporganica.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product(s), excluding shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the product following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@glowuporganica.com. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by providing either a refund or replacement, at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing and shipping your order, and it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@glowuporganica.com.

7. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@glowuporganica.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our return approval and instructions.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the return item to the provided return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
